It's incredibly user friendly, between the customer support team, online manual, and YouTube video tutorials, you'll feel like a pro in no time at all! You can set up additional training and their team is always friendly and approachable.
If there's a feature they don't have, you can pay to have it created, or if enough people vote to have it created, their developers will add the feature! You can run a Query (custom report) for just about any possible scenario, and save it as a favorite for future use.
Open Dental promotes itself as completely customizable and that's absolutely correct. Switching programs has allowed us to expand the digital aspect of our patient's charts, completely eliminating the need for paper charts at all! PROS
